The tapered tip sits within 2 mm of the vessel bottom to enable near-complete harvesting of culture fluid and cells. Constructed of 316L stainless steel with an electropolished finish for corrosion resistance and cleanability.

Grainger Rod Stock Brass 5/16 in x 3 ft PK3
The Grainger Brass Rod Stock is 3 feet long with a diameter of 5/16 inches. It is made from 360 brass which has excellent corrosion resistance and is easy to machine. The rod has a smooth surface finish and meets ASTM B16 standards. With a tensile strength of 48,000 psi, this 360 brass rod stock can be used for applications like bushings, spacers, and prototypes. It comes in 3 foot lengths and can be cut to size.
